Icons bug

I don't know if can be considered bug, but since my last discussion was not answered, I decided to post in the issues tab.

Anyway, there is a reason why in the form are used the solid icons instead of the outline one? All over the Nova application are used the outlined icons, but in the form the plus button or the trash icon used on the repeater fields are solid instead of outlined. Is this a good practice or...?

Here are all with only outline:

In my opinion the trash icon and the plus icon in the relationship creation should be only outline and not solid
