Columns are not generated in CSV

Hello, I have a problem when I export a large amount of data, the fields are separated by commas instead of creating columns, how can I solve this?

When I export a small amount of data, the columns are generated, but when the data becomes large, the columns are no longer generated.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?
