Activity log support

Does Nova have any functionality to track user actions, such as editions, deletions, new records, etc?

I've installed Laravel-activitylog from Spatie on my project, added the trait to my models and it worked as far as tracking the actions, but it doesn't seem to be saving the content of what was changed/created.

Nevermind, that was actually my mistake 😬 I was able to make it work with Spatie's activity log.
