reuse / lazy load action modal

i have an action modal that uses a custom field:

    public function fields(NovaRequest $request)
    {
        return [
            DealerOptions::make('Dealer Options')
                ->dealers(app('dealerOptions'))
                ->onlyOnForms(),
        ];
    }

the dealerOptions is a singleton, its just a collection of all the dealers in the database

the problem is that nova seems to be making a ton of the exact same modals

this is causing the page the load very slowly

is there a way to reuse the same action modal for all resources, or at least lazy load the action modal when it opens?
