1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I am using an Arabic dataset and want to leverage the "Segmenting in Question & Answer format" feature. Since Arabic support isn't available yet, I have prepared my segments in a CSV file for importing through the "Batch add chunks" UI.

Problem:
Currently, I can only import questions and answers. There is no option to include keywords in the import process. Upon reviewing the code in api/services/annotation_service.py at line 290, I noticed the following implementation:

content = {"question": row[0], "answer": row[1]}

This indicates that there is no mechanism for importing keywords.

Request:
I kindly request the addition of functionality to allow importing keywords alongside questions and answers in the "Batch add chunks" UI.
