Tooltips on-hover for abbreviations

When I go to the Margin Trading page https://flow.laminar.one/margin, there are a lot of abbreviations that some users may not be familiar with. Could we add tooltips that explain what they mean and at least show what the abbreviation stands for (including internationalization).
