FILE ORGANIZATION

  1. FILE NAMING CONVENTIONS:
    Each file follows the following naming convention:

  2. FILE TYPES/SUMMARY: Each folder corresponds to a patient sample (N). The following files are available for each patient and are located on [Synapse/AWS/Etc].
