The current admin’s /settings page is implemented using Lit(Web component). We need to refactor this page to use the SettingList React component.

Plans

• I think that I cant keep the wording as is.

• under the tab configurations , I plan to place Images, GUI, Scailing, and Plugin under navigation and add them to the existing items.
