Create a CronJob doc_indexer project that indexes Kyma documentations.

Reasons

We need a K8s CronJob that indexes Kyma documentation with a schedule.

Acceptance Criteria

• All the necessary GH Action jobs for CI pipeline
• A K8s CronJob that runs the indexer with a schedule
• Implement authentication mechanism for Hana DB

• Versioning of the documentation needs to be discussed. ATM, we are pulling the docs from main branch of all kyma modules.
• For BTP documentation, we can use BTP vector db as suggested by @muralov.

I've created the versioning issue for indexing.
It makes sense to separate the versioning as it is not trivial task.
