Description

There are some resources in the compass system namespace that are applied by the KCP Provisioner that will not be recreated after they are removed. This includes secrets, configs, and certificates used by the Compass Runtime Agent. Removing those will result in the Runtime not being able to communicate with Compass via the Agent.

Mitigation Approach
We will provide a separate sub-reconciler only for Compass integration purposes.
