Hashes in URIs aren't comments

Hi!

This is my go to module for Turtle in Emacs, but there is a problem with syntax highlighting when you have hashes in URIs, which I use a lot. For example, in:

<#test1> a test:Test .

The rest of the line is highlighted as a comment.
