  • currently, there is no short description of the package supplied in setup.py
  • author information in setup.py should be verified

Additionally, I suggest the change of "uniqueSuppFilter" alias in setup.py for something more descriptive and update of some descriptions in argparsers (most notably in covPUFilter.py and writeBEDs.py)
