The Rancher manifest allows charts to ask questions to the users, which is a really convenient way to provide chart values.

Right now our manifest doesn't ask any question.

Acceptance criteria

Ensure our Rancher manifest asks the following questions

imagePullSecrets
image.repository
image.tag
policyServer.replicaCount
policyServer.image.repository
policyServer.image.tag
