Describe the bug

When creating a control plane whose name contains a dash, the state never shifts into the Ready state

Steps To Reproduce

$ kflex create ks-lc2
✔ Checking for saved initial context...
✔ Creating new control plane ks-lc2...
◒ Waiting for API server to become ready...

Expected Behavior

Success
