[Wildcard #1] OTEL demo contribution

We need to get more involved with the Open Telemetry community and for that, we want to start looking at the demo app they are putting together https://opentelemetry.io/blog/2022/demo-announcement/. See where we can contribute and make ourselves useful.

Steps:

1. Research and understand the demo app.
2. Find a ticket to work on their board.
3. Talk to the team.
4. Contribute to the repo.

Created some FE tickets to start working on:

1. [ProductCatalogService/Frontend] Update Product Service Catalog Data to Match Astrology store open-telemetry/opentelemetry-demo#282 product catalog data changes (I’m about to open a PR for this one).
2. [Frontend] Implement Frontend instrumentation open-telemetry/opentelemetry-demo#283 FE Instrumentation.
3. [Frontend] Add Tests to Frontend open-telemetry/opentelemetry-demo#284 FE Tests.
