What this PR does / why we need it:
Currently, the
gatherScheduleTimes
is being invoked at the tail end of the workflow as part of measurement gathering. However, this might lead to unwanted values as the long running tests can cause missing events (due to default TTL of Events).This Pull request setups up an informer based watch that can actively track time required to generate the measurement the same way the post state changes are being captured.
