GCR image url not in release notes. #5615

Since the latest version a mirror is being pushed to GCR #5573

You can pull the latest from:
gcr.io/k8s-staging-ingress-nginx/nginx-ingress-controller:0.32.0

@guyradford that is because the image was uploaded three days ago.
The GCR image will be added to the release notes of the next version.
