"Invalid tar header" for 1.23.0-patched #653

Pull down 1.23.0-patched from MCR and validate the image, "invlid tar header" is reported.

In addition, I wonder which tag is up to date with less vulnerabilities. The latest tag 1.23.1 or 1.23.0-patched, there is no 1.23.1-patched (yet).
