docs: Additional details for kubectl integration #1436

Since the integration of kustomize in kubectl there have been numerous cases of confusion related to what version of kustomize is integrated with kubectl and what features work with it.

Some examples in repo:
#1267, #1391, #1417, #1424

#kustomize on slack has also had several threads related to this.

This PR adds a new section to the readme highlighting details about the kubectl integration in a more prominent way.
