Describe the solution you'd like
This issue is to track the development towards v1alpha2, including Machine States & Preboot Bootstrap Proposal.

  • Use v1alpha2 types (Create v1alpha2 API types #1035)
  • Add templating logic for Bootstrap and InfrastructureRef
  • Use secret-based KubeConfig to retrieve remote Node information
