🌱 E2E: Bump Kubernetes to v1.29.5 #2103

What this PR does / why we need it:

Bumping the Kubernetes versions used in e2e tests.
Upgrades are now from v1.28.5 to v1.29.5

@tormath1 is something needed for the sysext test? It has failed now twice so I suspect I have missed something 🤔

Should be good now! The sysext image for Kubernetes 1.29.5 was missing: it's now available https://github.com/flatcar/sysext-bakery/releases/tag/latest

EDIT: 1.30 and 1.30.1 are available too if you want to bump later.
