Tests aren't populated properly in the prow dashboard, need to be fixed.

e.g: This is the prow dashboard for a k/k repo listing the pass, failed, skipped: https://prow.k8s.io/view/gs/kubernetes-jenkins/pr-logs/pull/104877/pull-kubernetes-unit/1437329466215895040, and can compare the prow job written for that job vs this project's prow job
