Considering v1alpha3 support has ended back in February and it only support Kubernetes versions <= v1.22, we can drop this test instead of adding a custom logic to use supported older version. (#3468 bumps e2e Kubernetes versions to 1.24 so this test fails here).

We will keep v1alpha4 to v1beta1 upgrade for a while longer (which is also EOS) as it supports newer Kubernetes versions.
