TFJob Dashboard is not support pvc

Hi all,
When submitting several TFjobs, I need add cephfs pvc, I can't choose pvc on volume option.

I am using kubeflow v0.5.0.

@zhan849 I think @alienxt wants to submit jobs with PVC from tfjob dashboard, which is not covered in your proposal

@gaocegege Sounds like supporting PVC is a good to have feature for UI.

While my proposal was about API design and backend implementation, which are going to commonly shared by any distributed training jobs, I'd prefer we have separate design about the dashboard workflow for adding PVC (either make it generic or TFJob specific), as dashboards would have different focuses such as user experience, UI layout, etc.

We can leave this thread open to collect more user feedbacks. @alienxt feel free to contribute
