Create a web page to list releases #70

gcsweb is a web frontend for GCS that is part of prow. I think we just need to add our bucket to allowed buckets. Otherwise it redirects to the GCS storage browser which requires logging in. |
Removing this from the 0.1. release I think we could live without it. |
I think the issue should be in kubeflow/website 🤔 |
We do that as part of our release process so I think we can close this.

It would be nice to be able to list releases with out using gsutil.
It would be nice to create a simple web page that automatically lists and shows all releases.
Alternatively when we push a release we could create an index.html file and serve that from GCS.
