I am unable to run my "TFJob pod" because I do not have a "tf-operator Pod".
I have created a CRD by using kubectl apply -f kubeflow/tf-operator/examples/crd/crd-v1.yaml

Can i create the tf-operator pod without using GO? referring to this link
https://github.com/kubeflow/tf-operator/blob/master/developer_guide.md

For reference, my TFJob yaml is https://gist.github.com/yptheangel/2bc7ce25bf94d9ffdcbcde0ab2dd50c9

no-tf-operator

fyi: I am working in a k8s cluster hosted on a cloud server, not GCP,AWS.
