The possibility to require Touch ID for Secure Enclave key usage would be a nice feature for people with higher security needs. That way, it's impossible to use the keys without the users consent,
Edit:
(Not the same as having the application itself request authentication before asking the Secure Enclave to perform an operation. The Secure Enclave itself should prompt for Touch ID on key usage. That also means it can not be disabled anymore afterwards, however)
