I have been experimenting a bit more with the ia7 interface you're developing. One thing I noticed while testing out that might put off other testers:
I'm usually using the ia5 interface with authentication (MisterHouse authentication through clicking on the 'login' button on the upper right corner in the browser screen). Most of the time my computer 'remembers' it was authenticated so I don't need to fill in the password again.
Today I immediately navigated to the /ia7 interface after starting my computer and I was greeted with an empty interface that looked like this:
Reason: I was not logged in anymore and hence the 'collections.pl' script cannot be run.
Console log:
8/30/14 08:57:14 local made an unauthorized request for collections.pl
I know how to fix this by adding the script to the 'authorized files' to be run without authentication but maybe the web interface should show a message telling 'not authenticated' and offer the possibility to login?
What is your opinion on this?
Regards,
Hollie.
