Describe the bug
during the execution of install.bat. error during the installation of pytorch. it cannot find a correct pytorch version.

I had a similar issue, and it resolved by going up by a directory and then running GIMP-ML\install.bat . This should absolutely be documented better, as it's not at all intuitive and does not appear to be called out in the install instructions.

I can not find an install.bat in any release version or the current master... how did you get your version?
