Option -n according to docs should be used to specify how many worker threads should be started by one crawler process. However, the actual number of worker threads created seems to always be one more than what the user specified..

-n 0: 1 worker thread created
-n 1: 2 worker thread created
-n 2: 3 worker thread created
...
