index_waveforms: specify multiple data dirs for one indexer to crawl

It could be useful to have one indexer crawl multiple directories (without detour via a directory with multiple symlinks in it) being able to specify -d option multiple times to python3 manage.py index_waveforms ..., e.g. like done here (assuming django uses ArgumentParser).
