service update script does not copy the shiro.ini file

Users can override settings in the shiro.ini file, e.g. the location of their annis credentials directory. Thus it must be copied in the same way as the database configuration. It should be also evaluated if it is possible to separate the shiro.ini into two files: one for user configurable things and one part which should not be changed.
