destinationDir has changed to project.file("${project.buildDir}/reports/jacoco/aggregate")
mergeExecFile has changed to project.file("${project.buildDir}/jacoco/aggregate.exec")
Task jacocoRootMerge renamed to aggregateJacocoMerge
Task jacocoRootReport renamed to aggregateJacocoReport
