[Plugin] Cannot handle multiple plugin identifiers #151

Currently the new plugin cannot deal with a project that has more than one plugin descriptor in the library i.e.

For instance see https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-gradle-plugin/tree/release_3_0_0_alpha_3/asciidoctor-gradle-jvm/src/main/resources/META-INF/gradle-plugins.
