Custom Questions Upload in Pathfinder

We have a customer that would like to add more questions to the existing questionnaires. These are customer-specific questions that would enable them to customize this tool to suit their requirements. This feature used to be in the old pathfinder - https://github.com/redhat-cop/pathfinder/blob/master/pathfinder-server/src/main/resources/questions/custom-questions-example.json.
Tackle Pathfinder will be more versatile if this feature is ported.
