[Feature request] Force opacity to 1 in full screen mode

I use opacity to indicate which window is active. However, I found it is annoying when I trying to watch a video on full screen on one monitor and doing something else on another monitor: the video becomes transparent when unfocused even in full-screen mode.

I'm wondering if there is a way to force the opacity to 1 for full-screen windows? Thank you!
