Quick update to confirm working on macOS with Kodi Krypton RC2 and enabling of the available "RTMP Input" Video InputStream add-on for this OS |
So this one can be closed then? |
Not sure as can confirm still does not work in Windows using Krypton RC2. Not clear what plans are RTMP in Krypton on Windows OS? If not planned does PVR.filmon need changes so will work with kodi Krypton installed on Windows in a other way? http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=296713&pid=2492272#pid2492272 |
So it works on macOS but not on Windows? Have you tried any other platforms? |
@Jalle19 Yes Playback doesn't currently work with Krypton installed on windows OS, related to issue with no RTMP with Krypton builds. (My understanding, unable to find a typical user workaround to get it working) Normally I use an rpi2 and last time I tested its working fine for EPG and playback with Krypton & L... Milhouse Nightly builds (only reason don't leave permanently running all time on rpi2 is because unable to use two pvr backends on same device at same time and tvheadend need is greater) |
As per issue title, tested and not currently working correctly with Krypton Beta 7 installed in Windows 10 & MacOS Sierra environments. Testing and basic kodi debug logs http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=296713&pid=2483114#pid2483114
EPG loading OK within Kodi on Windows 10 platform
EPG loading Not OK in Kodi on macOS Sierra platform
Streaming Playback not working in either environment, understand this is due to unavailability of inputstream.rtmp in krypton or a valid alternative that pvr.filmon knows to utilize to playback filmon streams?
