When I was using KH Coder for preprocessing, after approximately 30 minutes, a notification appeared stating "words are too long" (unfortunately, I didn't manage to save a screenshot). After I clicked "OK," the system continued running and generated the corresponding analysis chart. However, when I tried to enlarge the area near the origin, a new issue occurred as shown [below.](<img width="991" alt="截屏2024-10-03 20 42 16" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/51e73dde-0220-4cc5-8372-f7f7dab2aa7e">)                                       note: I had previously completed this step with the corpus, ¨word too long ¨notification have apeared but it didnt affect  other steps and ¨enlarge area to neear origin ¨also works well , but when i use it today, KH Coder automatically exited. Since I needed to modify the original corpus, I deleted the original file and reopened the newly modified corpus, and the above problem happened

Hmm, we need a bit more information.

What happens if you perform the same operation with the English tutorial file (Anne.xls)
Can you get the intended result with tutorial data files? Or you get the same error? Please use "Anne.xls" in "tutorial_en" folder to test it out.

Terminal window should be minimized. We need all the content of the terminal window when the error occurs.

Hello, thank you for your response. Following your advice, I tried other Spanish corpora, and there were no issues. These corpora were processed using similar methods, and I haven't found any problems in the xls format texts either. However, after I restarted the computer and ran it again, the error message disappeared, um... ...KH Coder 3 - Mac version semi-manual installer 301-macdl 17.34.34.

But I can't reproduce the error. It just went fine on my environment.

Do you still get the correspondence analysis error? Can you reproduce the error consistently? Do you still have the problem??

Hello, yesterday I re-uploaded the corpus and spent an hour processing it. Today, I think I’ve found the solution. It seems that the&nbsp; there are soft hyphens following the accented characters in Spanish, and some URLs were excessively long, causing the system to interpret the words as too long to process.Thank you for your suggestion and continuous support！ Zhu&nbsp;Danyang ***@***.*** &nbsp;

Oh, I see. You were worried about the "too long words" warning.

As you wrote, "too long words" are typically URLs.

And you can safely ignore "too long words" warning. "Too long words" will just be shortened. No problem for analysis.
