In IE11 I get a NoModificationAllowedError on your demo page at the following command:

bbox.width+=node.paddingLeft+node.paddingRight;

This should be resolved by release 0.3.5 with mermaid.htmlLabels = false. I hope this resolves the issuelet me know otherwise. Don't hesitate to reopen if need be.
