これまで表セル幅の計算にJISのpt/mm換算の1pt=0.3514mmを使ってしまっていましたが、InDesign上で表すにはDTPの1pt=0.3528mmを使うべきです（さもないと計算誤差が出ます）。
自身の過去遺産の負債でこれまで目をつむってきましたが、いいかげん支払うことにします。
ただ影響が大きい（既存の組んでしまった原稿を直すことは非現実的）のでフラグpt_to_mm_unitで元の単位数値(float)指定もできるようにしてあります。
