Things changed:

• Ports launched in the Roms/ section can now have different performance profiles by pressing X on the port. Thanks to @cobaltgit for this.
• Fixed issue when swapping sdcards and python isn't extracted, a special update 00X will extract it.

To update, download and place TRIMUI_EX.zip at the root of the SDCARD and reboot the device. It'll update itself upon booting. If you have a fresh install follow the instructions here.

Okay so this version will move the files around for the new structure, I have done my best to make sure to backup any files that might cause issues.
