Describe the bug
The pickaxes in this mod have the minecraft:cluster_max_harvestaables which prevents them from mining amethyst shards efficiently.

Expected behavior
Picaxes should be able to drop more than 2 shards when enchanted with Fortune, without that tag it only drops 2 sharts.
