Miner Lamps can no longer get enchanted

Describe the bug
All tiered Miners no longer can get enchanted with Unbreaking or Mending, or /enchant command
Them all used to be enchantable with unbreaking and mending via commands/Anvils

To Reproduce
Either use anvil or /enchant command to enchant Ore Miner, and it will fail

Expected behavior
Be able to apply unbreaking or mending via anvil or commands
