Vagrant PPA error #38

Hi,

After running Vagrant Up, I encountered 2 issues:

1.failed to fetch PPA information, error was: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

Also I tried changing the php_ppa value to php, I encountered another error:
No package matching 'sys_packages' is available

I'm currently stuck on those 2 issues.
Hoping for your suggestion.
