Windows Defender says Unknown Publisher

While Windows properly recognized that kiwix-serve is signed and doesn't display the launch warning, when it attempts to open a port for listening, Windows Defender shows a warning.
This warning states that the software is from an unknown publisher.

This exact situation is mentioned several times but without any answer:

I don't know if this is something that automatically resolves with time or if there's anything we can do but at least this is now documented.
