Hi Kishwar,
It seems that there is a mixture of HG002 and HG003 files and text in this tutorial: https://github.com/kishwarshafin/pepper/blob/r0.8/docs/pipeline_docker/HiFi_variant_calling.md
can you please help me locate the HG002 files to adapt it to that genome
