[BUG] Incorrect '16px' space between radio and label in item - should be '14px'

Describe the bug

When placing a radio button and a label within an item (legacy syntax), the spacing between the radio button and the label is 16px. The correct spacing is 14px.

Describe how to reproduce the bug

1. Go to storybook
2. Go to "Item" -> "Item With Radio - Legacy Syntax"
3. Inspect the spacing between the radio button and the label.
   Currently it is 16px and should be 14 px
   Compare to "Item With Radio - Modern Syntax" which has the correct 14px spacing.
