Using hunyuan_video_720_cfgdistill_fp8.safetensors via text-to-video, the generated video quality is very poor and blurry.

That looks like the preview bug on the VHS node itself, check if the saved video looks better to be sure.

Oh your crf value on the Video Combine -node is really high there, lower is better quality, you have 128, default is 19, try that.
