Right now the emoji picker inserts a ZWSP indiscriminately after every emoji you insert. However, it is only needed between two emoji which are signified via shortcode. It would be better to only insert a ZWSP when inserting a shortcode directly after an existing shortcode, or, for simplicity, directly after a colon.
