Does anyone have an idea on how one can run a quasi-static multiscale simulation? Or even better a hybrid dynamic -quasistatic simulation with quasistatic simulations in some subnetworks

Can you explain a bit more? Particularly, what exactly do you mean by "quasi-static multiscale"?

I meant running quasi-static simulations in the subnetworks.

I am basically trying to emulate the work done by Regaieg and Moncorge (DOI:10.1007/s10596-017-9661-0 and DOI: 10.3997/2214-4609.201802268). Their source code is not public so they recommended PyPNM as a foundation for it.

So what I ultimately want is the hybrid dynamic/quasi-static simulation.
What changes or additions to the code can make it possible?

Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with pypnm, so I can't really help you. But, we have a similar package for performing pore network modeling simulations and I encourage you to ask your question here. Personally, I'm not very familiar with percolation, but others might be able to help you.
